Hot & Spicy Roasted Cauliflower

Oven-roasted cauliflower makes a delicious, filling, plant-based dinner for a
family in minutes. Best paired with garlic mashed potatoes, green beans, tofu
steaks, or served over pasta. If your whole family loves the heat, let our Coffee
Hot Saus take care of the rest. Otherwise, serve on the side and let everyone
dress it up to their liking.

 Each recipe is plant-based, vegan and gluten free. 

1 head of cauliflower
2 tbsp olive oil
1 clove of garlic
Pinch of salt and pepper
1-2 tbsp of Coffee Hot Sauce



Preheat oven to 400C. Remove cauliflower leaves. Drizzle olive oil over cauliflower
and rub in. Next, chop up your clove of garlic and rub onto the surface. Add salt
and pepper. Place it into a tray and throw into the oven for 20 minutes. 
Once you take it out of the oven, drizzle our Coffee Hot Sauce over top, cut up
and serve or or serve with sauce on the side. Enjoy!
