Caesar Salad Dressing
Having a new twist on classics is always fun, especially when you have such an amazing product to offer. This dressing has the added benefits of being gluten-free and plant based which are great for those with allergies or who follow vegan diets. It also tastes delicious! We combined our white bbq and coffee bbq sauces here to add a new twist to this dressing.
Some people love it some don't but no matter what your preference this recipe will surely be enjoyable because there's nothing like having that classic taste in every bite without sacrificing anything else about its quality.
1 cup white bbq sauce
1/2 cup coffee bbq sauce
2 small garlic cloves, minced
2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice, from one lemon
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1/2 cup freshly grated vegan parmesan
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
In a medium bowl, whisk together the garlic, ,lemon juice, Dijon mustard . Add the white bbq sauce, coffee bbq sauce, vegan parmesan, salt and pepper and whisk until well combined. Taste and adjust to your liking. The dressing will keep well in the fridge for about a week.
Add to your favourite caesar salad base.
