Caesar Salad Dressing

Our version of caesar salad dressing except with a twist. Substituting white bbq sauce for the base. Adding coffee bbq sauce to replace the anchovy and Worcestershire traditionally found in caesar salad. This gluten free and plant based sauce is full of flavour and perfect to add to your next meal. 



1 cup  white bbq sauce

1/2 cup coffee bbq sauce

2 small garlic cloves, minced

2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice, from one lemon

1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

1/2 cup freshly grated  vegan parmesan 

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper



In a medium bowl, whisk together the garlic, ,lemon juice, Dijon mustard . Add the white bbq sauce, coffee bbq sauce, vegan parmesan, salt and pepper and whisk until well combined. Taste and adjust to your liking. The dressing will keep well in the fridge for about a week.

Add to your favourite caesar salad base.
